This usually involves working with a clients business and IT team to consider the feasibility of options, specify requirements and deliver the selected solution through a professional and well-managed project — within time, cost and quality expectations.

 

We can then provide ongoing mentoring and support as you implement your plan, encouraging and lifting spirits and providing guidance and a "sounding board" for ideas and issues. A key activity that is often overlooked by many businesses is a Post Implementation review (PIR). On completion of any Programme or Project the objective or outcome must be validated against the original investment plan to ensure that real value for money was obtained. Even if the subsequent benefits realisation may be some time away, this timeline must be clearly identified and suitable metrics in place to measure the Return on Investment (ROI).
