DBF – Agreement
The most important document in any project is often overlooked. Decide in advance what form of agreement is appropriate to your work. Using an appropriate standard form of agreement protects the interests of both parties and should the agreement go seriously pear-shaped, provides a legal framework within which to seek redress. Our intent in documenting the contract is to focus the minds of the parties on their obligations for contracted work and fees. Hopefully, once signed, the contract can be filed away and never referred to again!
DBF – Fees
Our fees are based upon the amount of time spent on your affairs, taking into account the complexity of the issue. We usually provide a quotation for all work to be undertaken, and keep clients informed.
