DBFCM – Agreement
The most important document in any project is often overlooked. Decide in advance what form of agreement is appropriate to your work. Using an appropriate standard form of agreement protects the interests of both parties and should the agreement go seriously pear-shaped, provides a legal framework within which to seek redress. Our intent in documenting the contract is to focus the minds of the parties on their obligations for contracted work and fees. Hopefully, once signed, the contract can be filed away and never referred to again!
DBFCM – Fees
We have found that with each client, his request can vary not only on the time but in the complexity. Therefore our approach is based on an hourly rate or per day and for projects that may require longer periods of work a set contractual fee will be agreed with the client.
