Contractual Agreements
A contract will be in place between your practice and DBF Associates-Outsource India Ltd.

Fees - Delivery & Time Frame
Fees Clients Cases Work Processed - Fees applicable from 01.2008 to 12.2008
Accountancy Fees >£2000 25% of the fees generated Minimum of 5 client cases
Book keeping Services >£2000 25% of the fees generated Minimum of 5 client cases
Data Entry staff charging £4.99 an hour Minimum of 7 hours – 1day
Junior Clerical £5.99 an hour Minimum of 7 hours – 1day
Ledger Clerks charging £8.25 an hour Minimum of 7 hours – 1day
Accountancy Practices only with a total fee generation in excess of £150K – 20%
*One Free! Client Case Work when you sign to your first 5 cases.
*Note:
This will be chargeable if no contact agreement is in place after completion of the free case
Delivery and Time Frame
We aim to turn around most of the clients work cases in [DAYS] this is based on the quality of the data/information/documents and reply to any information needed to complete the scheduled work.
